AHI has signed a binding term sheet with OneClinic, an electronic medical record and personal health record supplier for Vietnam. OneClinic holds the US Patent and Trademark Office patent for OneEMR and patent-pending for OnePHR, both of which are aligned to interoperable medical standards including FHIR and HL7. AHI and OneClinic will initially conduct 5,000 health assessments delivered from mobile screening clinics to validate and further localise for the Vietnamese population. They are targeting 1 million paid users in the first 12 months from commercial launch which is scheduled for Q2-2024.
