Wellteq Digital Health Inc. has announced that it has successfully completed its plan of arrangement with Advanced Human Imaging Ltd, whereby AHI acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Wellteq. Wellteq confirms that Scott Montgomery, the CEO and a director of Wellteq, was appointed as the CEO and Executive Director of AHI, and Peter Vaughan, Chair of the Wellteq board of directors, was appointed as non-executive director of AHI.
